Here are our top tips for troubleshooting your Kisi App if it is not opening the door.
Turn your bluetooth on + move your phone close to the reader.
This is the most common error - make sure your bluetooth is turned on and your phone is right up against the Kisi reader on the wall so it can find your phone! Don’t be worried if your Apple Pay appears - we promise the reader cannot charge you for anything.
