  • All are welcome! We will give various options for each exercise that will support beginners, and challenge those more experienced!

    If you have a recent injury or a health diagnosis that significantly impacts your ability to exercise, please reach out to us before signing up at help@moxiecv.com.

  • The boot camp price is all-inclusive for the full 6-week program. We unfortunately cannot offer make-up sessions or refunds for missed classes.

  • Bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. All exercise equipment is provided.

  • To ensure quality instruction and personal attention, we limit each boot camp group to -12 participants.
