No, you will either purchase and commit to the morning or the afternoon for the duration of boot camp! You will attend the same days and times for all 12 sessions.

The boot camp price is all-inclusive for the full 6-week program. We unfortunately cannot offer make-up sessions or refunds for missed classes.

Bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. All exercise equipment is provided.
